• Admit card Of TET
• Downloaded document of TET qualification
• Admit card of madhyamik pariksha/ certificate there of as proof of age.
• Marksheet and certificate madhyamik or its equivalent examination issued by the board.
• Marksheet and certificate of Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination issued by the board.
• Marksheet and certificate of 2-year d.el.ed/D.Ed/B.Ed/B.P.Ed for its equivalent.
• Marksheet and certificate of graduation issued by the University if applicable.
• Caste certificate issued by a competent government authority, if applicable.
• PH certificate as per government rules where applicable.
• Extempt category certificate issued by the government,if applicable.
• EX serviceman certificate, if applicable.
• First engagement letter issued by the government authority as a practice where applicable.
• Experience certificate of a practice issued by the D.P.O/S.D.O for counting of service and age relaxation where applicable.
• All relevant is also a certificate relating to co-curricular activities as per recruitment rules if any.
• Voter ID / Aadhar Card
• One passport-size photograph, self-attested.
