- District coordinator - NRM : B.Tech in civil / Agriculture engineering + 5 years work experience must be on rural in truck structure project
- District GIS expert : M.Tech/ME/M.Sc in in geographic information science or Technology / Remote sensing and GIS / Geo spatial Technology/ Geo informatics / surveying and Geo informatics OR BE B.Tech with PG diploma in geographic information science/ Remote sensing OR, MCA with PG diploma in geography information science / Remote sensing OR, Post graduate in Science/ Agriculture science with PG diploma in geographic information science /Remote sensing + at least three years work experience in GIS based projects.

- General Candidates : up to 40 years
- OBC Candidates : Up to 43 years
- SC/ST Candidates : Up to 45 years
