    • 3 years Experience as Sub Editor or Working Journalist in any Media house or 3 years Experience as Mass Communication
    • Proof Reading Knowledge
    • Ability to Prepare Original Manuscripts in English and Bengali and reproduction of illustration. 
    • Ability To Undertake and Supervise Computer-Aided Page Design.
