- District Programme Manager: Post Graduate in Social Science or MSW + MS Office Basic Knowledge
- District Accounts Manager: M.Com or Chartered Accountancy / Cost Accountancy + Tally Software
- District Statistical Manager: BCA/MCA/ Master Degree in Statistics + Basic Knowledge in Computer
