Qualification
- Medical Officer: MBBS
- Staff Nurse ( NUHM): GNM Course Pass
- Staff Nurse ( TCP): GNM Course Pass
- Laboratory Technician: 10+2 Pass with Science +DMLT
- Senior Treatment Supervisor: 50% marks in All-Academic Exam. Degree / Recognised Sanitary Inspector Course + Computer Knowledge + Two Wheeler Driving Licence
- Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor: 50% marks in all Academic Exam. H.S with Science + DMLT + Driving License + Computer Operation
- Tuberculosis Health Visitor: 50% Marks in all Requisite Qualification ( Madhyamik, H.S, Graduation) + Computer Operation
Age Limit ( As of 01/01/2021)
- Medical Officer: Not More than 65 years
- Staff Nurse ( NUHM): Not More than 62 years
- Staff Nurse ( TCP): Not more than 40 years
- Laboratory Technician: Not more than 40 years
